Our minimum quantity of logo floor matting is 1. However, some of our products require a mold or a die and those products have minimum quantities.

A typical order ships between 10-15 business days after artwork approval.

In order for us to best replicate artwork, we strongly suggest vector artwork be provided.

It’s important to first consider where the mat will be placed (indoors or outdoors). Then you will want to refer to your artwork and decide if it requires a spot-color or 4-color process imprint. Last but not least, the amount of foot traffic needs to be considered.

Our outdoor mats are designed to endure outdoor elements daily. We offer mats that are moisture absorbent, non-slip, or have dirt and debris removal properties.

Because of multiple manufacturing methods, maximum mat size varies per product. If you have a question about a particular product please contact us for more information.

All of our mats are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for 1 year. But lifespan depends on foot traffic, environment, and correct usage.

Any change or add on’s to an order will only be accepted within 24 hours of when the order is received at Americo. Special cut floor mats cannot be cancelled at anytime – no exceptions.

Net 30 days from invoice date on approval of credit. Americo invoices orders on the date of shipment from our facilities. A service charge of 1-1/2% per month will be added to overdue accounts and any volume discount will be discontinued on subsequent orders. If invoice remains unpaid for 60 days, freight charges will be charged back.

Return of any non defective product is subject to a 20% inspection and repackaging charge. Return transportation is to be prepaid by the customer. A return authorization number must be obtained from Americo. Products over one year old cannot be returned for any reason. All sales are final for special cut mats. Special cut mats cannot be returned.
