How to place a logo mat order through Pro-Link’s program with Americo

It’s easy! Below are 7 easy steps that will guide you through the ordering process, including how to submit for a RFP; how to place an order and how to submit your artwork like a pro! We’ve got you covered.

STEP 1. Complete RFP form and upload the desired logo.
STEP 2. A Customer Service Representative (CSR) emails a price quote back to you.
STEP 3. Place a PO with Pro-Link using Item #LOGOMAT, with your PromoMatting Price Quote number in the Reference Line.
STEP 4. You reply via email to CSR with your quote acceptance to start the art proofing.
STEP 5. The Art Department sends you a proof for your review.
STEP 6. You review the proof. If artwork is APPROVED then move to STEP 7. If NOT, reply to email with changes.*
STEP 7. After artwork is approved-CSR reviews the order, verifies receipt of PO and the order is processed!

* PromoMatting will allow up to 3 complimentary art proofs. After which there is a $10.00 fee per additional proof. If the original logo must be redesigned, a design rate of $50.00 per hour will be applied.


Logo Mat Policies

Selecting the right mat is key! That’s why our skilled Customer Service Representatives and Graphic Artist professionals are here to guide you through the process of selecting the correct mat for your application. We’ll walk you through the ordering process and artwork production to provide a solution that best meets your need. To ensure the best quality reproductions, listed below are some guidelines to follow when submitting artwork for your mat and our general policies with logo mats.

ARTWORK SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
To ensure the best quality reproductions of your artwork we request one of the following formats:
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Files: EPS and TIFF (300 DPI)

Formats that CANNOT be used:
• Faxes • Printed Mats • Patches • Photographs of Mats • Microsoft Word

CANCELLATIONS
Customer is responsible for all materials and labor costs incurred prior to cancellation and will be billed accordingly.
All cancellations must be in writing.

CHANGES IN ARTWORK
Additional charges will be incurred for any changes to artwork after signed approved of artwork is received. All changes MUST be in writing.

FREIGHT
FOB Georgia; Logo mats can not be combined w/other products for PRE-PAID FREIGHT.

GUARANTEE
All of our mats are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for one year from delivery under normal conditions of usage provided mat care instructions are followed. Photos are required for all quality complaints.

IMAGE PLACEMENT
Be sure to indicate placement of logo:

LEAD TIME
• Ink Jet Dyed and Thermal-Graphic – orders are shipped 10 Business days after artwork approval
(ie. True Grip, Rubber Road).
• Inlay Mats – orders are shipped 20 Business days after artwork approval (ie. Ever Last).

OVERRUNS/UNDERRUNS
PromoMatting reserves the right to overship or undership by up to 2% (if necessary) and bill accordingly.

PMS MATCHES
We cannot guarantee a perfect match due to certain materials and inks. Color Match (PMS) charges apply to all new orders. Call for PMS charges by product.

PRODUCT & COLOR VARIANCES
Slight variations in mat colors or imprint colors may exist due to the manufacturing process or nature of the product itself. Please request a color swatch to ensure the closest match possible. Colors may not be exact matches to previous mat orders. Mat sizes are not always an exact measurement due to the manufacturing process. Overall mat sizes have a +/-2″ tolerance.

REPEAT ORDERS
Repeat orders incur a $25 set-up charge. ANY ARTWORK ALTERED IN ANY WAY IS NOT CONSIDERED A REPEAT ORDER.

RETURNS
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) MUST be obtained from Customer Service prior to returning any item.

RUSH SERVICES
Rush Services are available. Call for availability, quote and lead time.

SHIPPING
Orders are shipped via the best ground carrier possible. Drop Ship/Split Ship is available at a surcharge of $7.50 per destination plus applicable freight charges.

BOXING INFORMATION
2′ x 3′ mats boxed 5 to a box. All other larger sizes are individually boxed. To box smaller mats individually, a per box charge will be assessed.
