Using Stock Codes
All Americo products have assigned stock codes. Always include our stock code numbers to avoid delays in processing your order.

- $1,000 = Prepaid Shipping. Less than $1,000, freight will be added to the invoice
- $25 = Minimum order fee. Orders less than $250 will be assessed a $25 small order charge. Freight will be added to the invoice.
- There is no minimum order processing fee for Matting orders.
- Twister Products can be shipped FOB with no minimum order fee.
- Americo reserves the right to select freight carrier on all freight paid shipments. All freight paid shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will be to continental U.S. port. All orders under $1,000 will be shipped prepaid and freight costs will be added to the invoice. Please contact Americo for cost of non-standard freight related services.
- Americo floor mats must be ordered and shipped separately from other Americo products. Floor mats can be shipped FOB or prepaid and add. Prepaid freight is not available on Americo floor mats. Freight quotes are available upon request. Contact Americo’s Customer Service for quotes.
Order Changes and Add On’s
Any change or add-ons to an order will only be accepted within 24 hours of when the order is received at Americo. Special cut floor mats cannot be cancelled at any time – no exceptions.

Return of any non defective product is subject to a 20% inspection and repackaging charge. Return transportation is to be prepaid by the customer. A return authorization number must be obtained from Americo. Products over one year old cannot be returned for any reason. All sales are final for special cut mats. Special cut mats cannot be returned.
