Americo will ship orders totaling 50 cases or more freight prepaid, floor mats (rolls or cut mats) count as 1 (one) case. Americo reserves the right to select freight carrier on all freight paid shipments. All freight paid shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will be to continental U.S. port. All orders under 50 cases will be shipped prepaid and freight costs will be added to the invoice. Please contact Americo for cost of non-standard freight related services. See Freight to Canada listed below.
Freight to Canada
Orders ? $850: Americo will ship orders totaling $850 or more freight prepaid to most areas in Canada.* Americo mats may be bundled with other standard catalog items to meet the prepaid freight minimum.
Orders $850 <: All orders under $850 will be shipped and freight costs will be added to the invoice.
Americo reserves the right to select the freight carrier on all freight paid shipments. Please contact Americo for cost of non-standard freight related services.
*Orders that meet the required minimum of $850 and shipping to Newfoundland, Prince Edward Island, Labrador, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia will also ship with pre-paid freight but ONLY to a destination in Quebec. The customer will be responsible for freight charges from Quebec.
Order Changes and Add On’s
Any change or add on’s to an order will only be accepted within 24 hours of when the order is received at Americo.

Return of any non-defective product is subject to a 20% inspection and repackaging charge. Return transportation is to be prepaid by the customer. All returns must have an Americo sales representative’s written authorization before returns can be accepted. Products over one year old cannot be returned for any reason.
Americo’s Stocking Distributors:
Net 30 days on approval of credit. A service charge of 1-1/2% per month will be added to overdue accounts and any volume discount will be discontinued on subsequent orders. If invoice remains unpaid for 60 days, freight charges will be charged back.

Minimum Order Policy
Minimum Order: $250.00
A processing fee of $25.00 will be added to the invoice for orders of lesser value. In the event your order does not meet the minimum requirement, our Customer Service Department will attempt to contact your company with the opportunity to increase your order value to eliminate the processing fee.

Fill-in Policy (Continental U.S.A. only)
- Following any order of 50 cases or more, a distributor may order one (1) order of 25-49 cases as a fill-in order.
- When placing any fill-in order, Distributor must reference the PO number of the preceding 50 case order and indicate “fill-in order” on the purchase order.
- Fill-in orders are not limited in timing or number during the year, but there is only one fill-in per order of 50 cases or more allowed.
- Logo mats are not eligible for the fill-in program.
