Fusion matting is ideal for indoor or outdoor entryways with medium traffic flow. Excellent to remove moisture and dirt from shoes before it can be tracked indoors. Constructed from extruded vinyl, in a random loop pattern, embedded in a heavy-duty vinyl base.

Direct Print is available on mat sizes up to 4′ x 6′ with a maximum imprint area of 00″ x 00″.

The Direct Print process produces vivid, full-color reproductions on a variety of mat surfaces. The permanent colors on these imprints are perfect for use indoors or out. They are ideal for uses such as welcoming guests at the front door with a company logo to enforcing safety messages on anti-fatigue matting.

The mats are printed using a flatbed digital printer with UV cured ink.

How to place a logo mat order

It’s easy! Below are 7 easy steps that will guide you through the ordering process, including how to submit for a RFP; how to place an order and how to submit your artwork like a pro! We’ve got you covered.

  1. Complete online RFP form and upload the desired logo.
  2. A Customer Service Representative (CSR) emails a price quote back to you.
  3. You review the price quote carefully.
  4. You reply via email to CSR with your quote acceptance to start the art proofing process.
  5. The Art Department sends you a proof for your review.
  6. You review the proof. If artwork is approved then move to Step 7. If not, reply to email with changes.*
  7. After artwork is approved — CSR reviews the order, verifies receipt of payment or PO and the order is processed!

*Promomatting will allow up to three complimentary art proofs. After which there is a $10.00 fee per additional proof. If the original logo must be redesigned, a design rate of $50.00 per hour will be applied.

Logo Mat Policies

To ensure the best quality reproductions, listed below are some guidelines to follow when submitting artwork for your mat and our general policies with logo mats.



To ensure the best quality reproductions of your artwork, we request one of the following formats:

  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • File: EPS and TIFF (300 DPI)

Formats that cannot be used:

  • Faxes
  • Printed Mats
  • Patches
  • Photographs of Mats
  • Microsoft Word

Customer is responsible for all materials and labor costs incurred prior to cancellation and will be billed accordingly. All cancellations must be in writing.

Additional fees will be incurred for any changes to approved artwork. All changes must be in writing.

In addition to Purchase Orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. All credit card purchases over $5,000 will assess a 3% administrative fee.

FOB Georgia; Logo mats cannot be combined with other products for Pre-Paid Freight.

All of our mats are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for one year from delivery under normal conditions of usage provided mat care instructions are followed. Photos are required for all quality complaints.

Be sure to indicate the placement of the logo.




  • Ink Jet Dyed and Thermal-Graphic: Orders are shipped 10 Business days after artwork approval
  • Inlay Mats: Orders are shipped 20 Business days after artwork approval.

PromoMatting reserves the right to overship or undership by up to 2% (if necessary) and bill accordingly.

We cannot guarantee a perfect match due to certain materials and inks. Color Match (PMS) charges apply to all new orders. Call for PMS charges by product.

Pre-Production proofs will be billed at the product price plus $20 processing fee and normal screen or die and set-up charges. Production time begins after proof approval has been received.

Slight variations in mat colors or imprint colors may exist due to the manufacturing process or nature of the product itself. Please request a color swatch to ensure the closest match possible. Colors may not be exact matches to previous mat orders. Mat sizes are not always an exact measurement due to the manufacturing process. Overall logo mat sizes have a +/- 3 to 5″ tolerance.

Repeat orders incur a $25 set-up charge. Any artwork altered in any way is not considered a repeat order.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from Customer Service prior to returning any item.

Rush Services are available. Call for availability, quote, and lead time.

Orders are shipped via the best ground carrier possible. Drop Ship/Split Ship is available at a surcharge of $7.50 per destination plus applicable freight charges.

2′ x 3′ mats boxed 5 to a box. All other larger sizes are individually boxed. To box smaller mats individually, a per box charge will be assessed.

Deposits may be required with some large orders.
