Customer-Supplier Data Policy

Clean Solutions Group (CSG) may have to collect and use information about customers and suppliers with whom we work. This information must be handled and dealt with properly, however it is collected, recorded and used, and whether it be on paper, in computer records or recorded by any other means.

CSG regards the lawful and correct treatment of data information as very important to our successful operation and to maintaining confidence between us and those with whom we carry out business. CSG ensures that we treat this information lawfully and correctly.

This policy applies to the processing of customer and supplier data in manual and electronic records kept by us in connection with our Company operations function.

This policy applies to the data of individual clients of CSG and former clients of CSG, service providers, and self-employed contractors.

      • CSG collects several types of data through its various systems:
        1. Identification data (first name, last name, company name, address)
        2. Contact details (telephone number, postal and e-mail addresses)
        3. Transaction data (orders, transfers, credit card payments, ship to address)
        4. Tax data (country/county of tax residence, tax identification number)
        5. Data about your browser information when you visit one of our websites.
        6. Data from your exchanges with Clean Solutions Group (CSG) (chat, emails, etc.)
        7. Data obtained with your consent and/or collected as permitted or required to do business with CSG.

      • We use SSL technologies to ensure the confidentiality of data passing from our websites to our data centers.
      • We use data encryption internally on items such as credit card information.
    • Data sharing
      CSG does not share customer or supplier data with third parties. However, in rare cases we may be legally required to provide certain data to public authorities as part of their regulatory or legal obligations.

       

    • Data retention
      To ensure the proper processing of transactions, your personal/company data must be kept and updated regularly throughout the term when you are a supplier or customer of CSG.
      To meet legal and/or regulatory obligations and/or to respond to requests from authorities authorized to make the request, your personal data will be kept beyond the date of your last activity for a period of 2 years.
      Finally, certain sales or purchasing data may be kept and made anonymous for internal statistical purposes.

       

    • Your rights
      In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations act, you have the right to access, delete, rectify, and limit processing of your data. These rights may be exercised under the conditions and within the limits set by the regulations above.
